This service is fantastic. Kal is a courteous and knowledgeable owner operator. I will never go back to any of the terrible and shady tire companies in and around Lake Mary. I ordered 4 tires online and Kal was there with a prompt appointment and he was even early. Whats amazing is he has a great attitude and genuinely loves his job and it shows. It turned out that the tires I ordered were defective and Kal had returned to my house multiple times to balance the tires to try and figure out what was wrong. When he nailed down the problem , he was very helpful and even talked to the tire company to help me explain to them what the problem was. He went above and beyond in helping me deal with the tire problem. I got the 4 replacement tires and he installed them and when I offered to pay him he said he wouldn’t take any more money from me. I was definitely a little nervous because I have never heard of a mobile tire company but my goodness, this experience was AMAZING and way more relaxing then having to go to a garage!! I had a blow out with my rear tire a couple of nights ago, had the car towed home and call getTread.com to come out and change out my tires instead of having to town my car to a tire shop. Kal came out to the house and mounted and balanced the new tires. Super clean truck and equipment. No fuss, great service and super professional. Prices were inline with brick and mortar tire stores. They are a Local central Florida business and you’re dealing with the owner. I Would highly recommend. Saves you hours sitting at the tire shop!

Multiple great things to point out on the service: I called on Friday mid-afternoon and the tires were replaced where the vehicle was parked before 10:00 am Saturday morning; Very personable - including giving me a tour of the equipment in the mobil tire changing unit; High quality - no worries on damage to the aluminum wheels, plus valve stems and lug nut torque done right. Absolutely incredible service! The tires and installation were cheaper than if I had visited a traditional repair shop, and Kal was able to squeeze in a full 4-tire change in about an hour so I wouldn't have to miss work. It was such a relief to have my tire replaced without calling off from work or having my car towed to a shop (tire was completely flat) They came straight to my vehicle and fixed my tire!!
