Returns/Exchanges

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 866-86-TREAD and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Please follow the return check list to ensure that no errors may occur.

Manufacturer’s Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty.

Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return for Refund or Exchange
All returns are subject to inspection by a getTREAD returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.

Orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided. Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit. Please call 866-86-TREAD to make arrangements.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

TIRE & INSTALL PACKAGE: Credit less labor charge and less all freight charges incurred.

FLAT TIRE REPAIR: Credit of the flat tire service charge will be applied to purchase of new tire through getTREAD. Customer pays service cost associated with new tire purchase.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
