    No, due to safety concerns with unknown used tire history, we have a strict "NO USED TIRE" policy

    By shopping on gettread.com and entering your vehicle information, you will find the accurate tire sizing information for your exact vehicle. We also recommend doing a quick physical check of the tire size markings on your current tires to ensure a 100% exact fit

    all tires sold come with their default tire manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. Some manufacturers also provide a built in Road Hazard Warranty. Please see individual manufacturer information for specific details

    Yes, getTREAD will install new tires that you have recently purchased, so long as they are in good working order and they are not older than 4 years old as marked by the DOT serial number on the tire

    Currently we are working on developing a mobile alignment system, and will update the website as soon as that functionality becomes available. Until that time, we can recommendation an affiliated service center where the alignment can be done.

    Yes, we can remove stripped lugs and replace them with compatible lugs for your vehicle. This service can be booked online or we can add it at the point of sale using our mobile card reader and your preferred credit card payment method

  • 7. Do you do Road Force balancing?
     

    Our state-of-the-art wheel balancer is laser and sonar assisted to provide industry leading smooth and vibration free balancing, guaranteed. We've tested it on a McLaren 720s at 165 mph and it worked flawlessly. Due to the current size and weight of Road Force balancing equipment, we opted not to invest in that technology for our mobile application at this time

    During the flat tire online booking, we try to be very thorough in providing you assistance in identifying the type of damage your tire has incurred. If for some reason our technician identifies a non-repairable tire, a matching size tire can be sourced On-Demand and can usually be sourced with 1 hour.

    Our tire repairs are combination Patch-Plug repairs that last for the serviceable life of the tire

    Our tire repairs come with a warranty to last the serviceable life of the tire. If there are additional injuries to the tire, those are considered separate incidences and not covered under our repair warranty
